The staff at the front desk were really helpful and supportive. The room I had was extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was fine, with a good selection of food to choose from. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. I had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in the vibrant Palermo neighborhood. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The modern decor of the rooms was a nice touch, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

The hotel was located in the centre of Palermo, close to everything you need to see in the area. Although not close to the major tourist sites, it was reasonably close to the airport. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice-sized bathroom. The staff was friendly and most spoke English well. The bar/lounge/restaurant area was comfortable.

The hotel lacked a clock in the room, making it difficult to keep track of time.

I recently stayed at Palermo Suites and had an amazing time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. They helped us arrange a day trip to a local football game and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the price per night was a steal. The location was also convenient, just a short walk to the subway. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Palermo Suites.

Our suite had a nice view and we were able to use the balcony. It was comfortable and home-like. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was a meal to look forward to. The patio was beautiful and if it had been warmer, we would have used it more often.
